Within the framework of the VII-th International Forum of Nuclear Industry Suppliers "ATOMEX 2015" the Chief Engineer of the JSC "Atomenergoremont" Alexei Chernikov took part in the round table "Services for the operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants". The event took place on Wednesday, 14 October, in "Expocentre". Alexei Chernikov moderated section and submitted a report on "Improving the efficiency of maintenance and repair: work experience in the general contract". The report dealt with the specifics of work on the long-term general contract. "The increase in productivity, reduction in financial costs, improving the quality of repair of nuclear power plants are reasons why the contract is concluded", - said Alexey Chernikov. - Work on general contract is a new level in performance of maintenance and repair of nuclear power plants".

The JSC "Atomenergoremont" can be considered an expert in this matter, since 2011 the Joint Stock Company is the general contractor for the maintenance and repair of nuclear power plants. Positive trends in the work have been marked by a major customer - the JSC "Rosenergoatom Concern". According to the Deputy Director of the Department for maintenance and repair Alexander Bubnov, thanks to the general contract the main goal was achieved - improving the quality of the repair campaign.

The JSC "Atomenergoremont" is a dynamically developing company, the main organization for specialized repair of atomic energy enterprises in Russia, the general contractor for maintenance and repair of nuclear power plants and other industrial and energy companies. The JSC "Atomenergoremont" performs more than 70% of repair works at the NPPs site of the "Rosenergoatom Concern".
