Novovoronezh NPP: collective agreement 2010 has been fulfilled

The results of Novovoronezh NPP collective agreement performance in 2010 may be estimated as positive ones. Enterprise Director Vladimir Povarov reported about it at the employeesХ conference.

Reporting on the previous year results (more than 200 delegates), Vladimir Povarov mentioned that NVNPP had fulfilled the plan for electric power generation by 100.5%, power units preventive-maintenance schedules had been maintained, the works on modernization of power unit No. 5 had been started, Rosatom production system had been introduced. Power units No. 3 and No. 4 operation at nominal power level has become the crowning achievement.

Speaking about the main tasks for the personnel in 2011, Vladimir Povarov placed an emphasis on meeting the deadlines of scheduled maintenance works performance on power units No 3 and No 4 and on finishing of all the measures, related to power unit No 5 operating life prolongation 

Deputy HR Director Anatoly Levadny in his speech particularized on health protection and NPP personnel social security. He underlined that general increase of NPP employeesХ wages after transfer to the Unified Standardized Wage System (USWS) amounted from 8 to 12 %.

In the report of Novovoronezh NPP trade union organization and NPP primary trade union organization association Chairman Yury Babenko it was mentioned that competitive environment introduction into nuclear power industry and adoption of USWS had made the trade union organization activity more intensive. The NPP trade union committee took an active part in USWS introduction. A number of his suggestions were accepted by the employer. Thus, additional payments for work conditions, second and night shifts payment for shift personnel, fringe benefit for foremanship were kept.

Ongoing collective agreement committee has to generalize all the comments and suggestions made by NPP personnel. Then the measures for their implementation will be prepared and approved.

The measures aimed at improvement of work conditions in 2011 were also approved. The delegates to the OJSC Rosenergoatom Concern personnel conference were elected.
