The JSC "Atomenergoremont" is ready to put a united industry-wide system of electronic document (UISED) into commercial operation. This was discussed at the seminar, which was held on Wednesday, 14 October, at the central office of the JSC "Atomenergoremont." Seminar on theme "UISED: effect of the introduction, functional approach to user training" was organized in the framework of a united replication industry electronic document management system of the State Corporation "Rosatom".

The seminar discussed key aspects of a united industry workflow system and especially its implementation at the JSC "Atomenergoremont". This has included a simultaneous implementation of it in the central office and in all nine branch offices of the organization. The decision was made in the course of the project. "Initially, the project has intended to cover only the central apparatus, but looking at the future, we have decided to allow access to UISED also for employees of each branch. During the first phase it is planned to provide access for 10 work places, in the future this figure will increase", - said the General Director of the JSC" Atomenergoremont "Sergei Petrov. Project Manager of the project office of transformation IT JSC "Greenatom" Valery Platov also mentioned the specifics of the UISED implementation. According to him, there are a little enterprise in which more than 80% of employees have access to UISED. "The central office of the JSC "Atomenergoremont " will have 180 out of the 210 employees working in the system, - said Valeriy Platov. - Implementation of the UISED in this format and the availability of electronic document management system in the branches will reduce the time of decision-making, will accelerate the process of agreeing the documents and will improve performance discipline".

It can be added that the commissioning of the UISED by the JSC "Atomenergoremont" will take place in mid-November.
