"Rosenergoatom" approved the Code of Ethics as part of anti-corruption policy

Code of Ethics of division "Electricity" was approved, this division includes the JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom" and its enterprises. The Code was developed beyond the framework of anti-corruption policy pursued by the Rosenergoatom.

The updated Code of Ethics fixed common industry values, which are to be followed by employees of the group - there are six of them, "one step ahead", "responsibility for the result", "effectiveness", "unified team", "respect" and "security".

The Code of Ethics describes the general ethical principles of the Rosenergoatom, provides guidelines for employees to prevent any potential conflict of interest and anti-corruption, as well as standards of business ethics and rules. The Code of Ethics also describes the principles of interaction with partners, contractors and representatives of interested parties.

The Code of Ethics is an important part of corporate culture. A separate part of the Code of ethics is dedicated to daily activities - the culture of business communication and it is aimed at improving the efficiency of team cooperation.

Adherence to the principles described in the Code of Ethics is mandatory for all employees of the Rosenergoatom and its enterprises regardless of position.

Ethical practice is implemented by the Board of Ethics and the Ethics Commissioner.
