On October 30, 2013 the ending of the city creative festival tender «Volgodonsk — the City of Talents» took place. Tender between the entities and the organizations of Volgodonsk is carried out for the fifth year in a row. This year twelve city entities participated in tender. The Rostov nuclear station was represented by eight workers.

The Kalininskaya nuclear power plant: the power unit No. 4 will be stopped for carrying out repair
On October 31 from 00 h. 01 min. the power unit No. 4 of the Kalininskaya nuclear station will be stopped for carrying out short-term repair on defect elimination on the activator of the TG-4 generator and the equipment of the first contour according to the permitted request of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern.

The Leningrad NPP-2: the next stage of VZO concreting of the power unit No. 1 reactor building completed
On the building site of the Leningrad NPP-2 concreting of the internal protective cover (IPC) of the power unit No. 1 reactor building from mark + 43,5 to mark + 44,5 has been executed, what has become one of control events of the month. On a construction of the last transitional circle 159 m ³ of the concrete was required, to all cylindrical part of a protective cover - 8 151 m ³.

The Novovoronezhskaya nuclear power plant: the power unit No. 4 is switched on into a network
On October 25, 2013 at 18:17 TG-12 turbogenerator was included to the network, on October 26, 2013 the turbogenerator of TG-11 of the power unit No. 4 of the Novovoronezhskaya nuclear power plant at 18:48 was included to the network, after completion of scheduled preventive maintenance and an overload of nuclear fuel.

The Smolensk nuclear power plant: stocking of the Desnogorsk water storage basin
In the middle of October, 2013 on the Smolensk nuclear power plant was made stocking of the Desnogorsk water storage basin by vegetable species of fish. Release of fishes took place on the balneary water area. This day 15865 pieces of white cupid in total weight of 3300 kg were issued.
