The Concern provides for private pension insurance of employees through industry-based Atomgarant Non-Government Pension Fund under the executed pension agreement.

Pension obligations are covered from the general resources of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC.

Upon retirement of an employee of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, the degree of participation in the pension plan is determined based on the length of service in nuclear power industry – at least 15 years at the time of achieving retirement age according to pension legislation of the Russian Federation.
