Rosenergoatom Concern has defined the decision making procedure in conclusion of an agreement with the sole member of the failed competitive procedures on procurement for the needs of the ConcernХs Central Office and branches. This was stated in the appropriate Order No.9/953-? of the 15th of October, 2012.

Thus, it was decided to conclude an agreement with the sole member of the failed competitive procedures on procurement for the needs of the ConcernХs Central Office and branches:

- In the procurement, when the vendor (contractor or service provider) selection is carried out by the Purchasing Committee of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC, the decision on purchasing from the sole member of the competitive procurement declared as failed is taken by Deputy General Director Р Director of Purchasing and Logistics of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC.

- In the procurement, when the vendor (contractor or service provider) selection is carried out by the Purchasing Committee of the branch, the decision on purchasing from the sole member of the competitive procurement declared as failed is taken:

- by the branch head, if the initial (ceiling) procurement price does not exceed 30 million rubles VAT included;

- by Deputy General Director Р Director of Purchasing and Logistics of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC, if the initial (ceiling) procurement price starts from 30 million rubles VAT included to 100 million rubles VAT included;

- the decision on purchasing from the sole member of the competitive procurement declared as failed is taken by General Director of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC, if the initial (ceiling) procurement price is equal to or exceeds 100 million rubles VAT included.
