On the Rostov nuclear station passed the planned production meeting of the nuclear power plant management with the operation personnel of end-to-end changes.

Similar meetings are held according to the plan working schedule with the personnel Р the fundamental document of the nuclear power plant. The chief engineer of the nuclear station Alexey Zhukov conducted the meeting.
Plans and tasks for the second half of the year of the current year became a principal theme of the  meeting summing up work of the operation personnel in the first half of the year.

Reports on this subject were made by all chiefs of the end-to-end changes of station (NSS), except one which was this day on watch. According to NSS, for the accounting period the high skill level and disciplines of the operation personnel of the end-to-end changes were noted.

It was emphasized that the operation personnel of the nuclear power plant always aims at the best results directed on ensuring safe and stable operation of the power unit, accomplishment of the annual plan of the electric power development, carrying out qualitatively and in time repair campaign, successful passing of the autumn and winter period, maintenance of balancing and commissioning on the power unit No. 3, which is under construction. The collective should pass target check of Rostekhnadzor and partner check of VAO NPP in the second half of the year. Steady and safe operation of power units are one of the main achievements of collective.

The participants of the meeting paid special attention to experience exchange on operation of power units, job analysis of the Russian and foreign nuclear power plants. Questions of operation personnel training became a separate subject of the meeting. NSS noted importance of fixed carrying out antiemergency trainings of the personnel. Improvement of preparation quality and maintenance of employees qualification of the nuclear power plant are another priority tasks facing the personnel of the end-to-end changes.

At the meeting questions of a social orientation also were brought up. Part of them has been already solved, the relevant activities for solution of others will be developed that is reflected in the meeting minutes.

Summing up the meeting, the director of the Rostov nuclear power plant Andrey Salnikov paid attention of the present participants to a condition which he considers as the main thing for ensuring reliable and safe work of the nuclear power plant, is a fixed presence of the personal liability for made decisions and quality of works and critical approach in case of accomplishment of professional obligations in production process.

All this will allow to carry out tasks facing nuclear power plant collective, including main - ensuring safe, reliable and trouble-free operation of power units.

The Rostovskaya nuclear power plant is a branch of JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom". The nuclear station is located on the bank of the Tsimlyansk Reservoir in 13,5 km from Volgodonsk. At nuclear station two power units with VVER-1000 reactors with an installed capacity of 1000 MWt are operated. The power unit No. 1 is put into commercial operation in 2001, the power unit No. 2 Р in December, 2010.
