On March 5, 2013 at the construction site of Leningrad NPP-2 under the chairmanship of first Deputy Director of the JSC ЗConcern RosenergoatomИ ЗManagement of objects constructionИ Viktor Suchkov and the Director of JSC ЗConcern RosenergoatomИ branch ЗManagement of Leningrad NPP-2 constructionИ Yuri Galanchuk hosted a regular meeting of the operational headquarters for the construction of the 1st and 2nd  units.

     Before the meeting the participants of the operational headquarters visited the industrial site of Leningrad NPP-2 and evaluate of the construction work made in February. Number of qualified personnel at the site in February has increased and has reached 2892 people. The rate and volume of construction works is increasing.

     As of the beginning of March on the reactor body of the power unit ? 1 is completed concreting of the OPS at the mark 19.50 till 23.50; completed works on the reinforcement of the IPS at the mark 19,500 up to the mark 23,500 and works on reinforcement OPS at the mark 23,500 up to the mark 27,500 are in process, continued work on walls concreting at the mark +8,000 up to the mark +14,500.

     On the turbine body of power unit ?1 the installation of the bridge cranes 15?. and 50?. at the regular place at the mark +27,000 is done; works on the device of roofing covering are started; the works on installation of the exhaust piping of the turbine and the installation of ventilation equipment are underway.

     On the reactor body of the power unit ? 2 has started reinforcement of overlap at the mark -0,100; works on reinforcement of OPS on the mark +2,250 up to the mark +6,500 and reinforcement of IPS at the mark. -1,250 up to the mark. +9,400 are underway.

     The Deputy Director for capital construction - the chief of the administration of Leningrad NPP-2 Yuri Momot reported of the fulfillment of issues discussed on a previous headquarters.

     In the report on the state of security at the Leningrad NPP-2 the chief engineer of the branch ЗSU-315И Federal state unitary enterprise ЗGUSST No.3 Spetzstroy of RussiaИ Andrey Gorkovenko summed up the results of inspections on labor protection, fire and industrial safety for the last 4 months.

     At the meeting a report on the course of works on construction the power units ?1 and ?2 of Leningrad NPP-2 was made by Deputy head of Main Department - head of a branch of "SU-315" Federal state unitary enterprise ЗGUSST No.3 spetzstroy of RussiaИ Alexey Lapshin. In the course of his speech, he presented a plan of development of the RMC on the contract organizations and the movement of the labor force in 2013, announced targets for March and key events of the year, among which are: the installation of a polar crane, the closure of the dome of the inner lining, installation of the reactor of the power unit ?1 at the regular place.

     In the report ЗAssessment of the progress of construction works on Leningrad NPP-2И Director of Leningrad NPP-2 Yuri Galanchuk provided information on the execution of the schedule of the 3rd level, gave an assessment of the pace of work on a construction site in January-February, reviewed the implementation of the programs of RMC and the DSW, set the goals for March to the general designer and the general contractor, stressing the need to correct the schedule of the labor movement and the organization of work of the laboratory construction for industrial site of Leningrad NPP-2.

     In conclusion of the meeting the first Deputy Director of the JSC ЗConcern RosenergoatomИ  branch ЗManagement of objects constructionИ Viktor Suchkov, summing up the results of the executed in February works, noted that, in spite of the fact that construction became ЗaliveИ, much more should be done.
