Leningrad NPP: personnel of power unit No 1 prepares to test one of the steam generator safety systems
In the building of steam cell of Leningrad NPP’s power unit No 1 the preparation of start-up and adjustment works of emergency feed water pump has started. The main function of the equipment is to provide the steam generators with water if normal conditions of power unit operation are breached and in case of design emergency.

Future specialists of Belarusian NPP have undergone training at Kalinin NPP
The students of Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU, Minsk) have completed their pre-graduation internship at Kalinin NPP. According to the agreement every half a year until 2020 Belarusian students arrive at operating Russian NPPs to undergo the internship and work the material for their graduation works.
