Atomdata-Integration is a market integrator of complex IT products and solutions in the sphere of SIS (State Information Systems), import-independent workstations, geographic information systems, a digital template for the operation of complex industrial facilities and other IT and infrastructure solutions. Atomdata-Integration was created by Rosenergoatom in the form of a joint venture with private investors, in which Rosenergoatom owns 51% of the shares.

The company is headed by Nikolai Mukhin, who moved to a new position from a subsidiary of Rosenergoatom, CONSIST-OS, and before joining Rosatom, he was engaged in the development of his own IT businesses, and from 2003 to 2010 he held the position of First Deputy Director of the "Voskhod" Research Institute supervising the creation of large interdepartmental systems, including systems for the implementation and support of new generation biometric passports of the GS PVDNP and the State Autonomous System "Pravosudie".

The first company in the technological core of the new partnership was PRIME GROUP, one of the leading system integrators and developers of specialized IT solutions of various scale and complexity for government agencies, the fuel and energy complex, the financial and industrial sectors. The deal to acquire a 49% stake in PRIME GROUP was completed in August 2022. Its terms imply long-term option agreements for closer integration of PRIME GROUP into the structure of the Electric Power Division of Rosatom.

The ecosystem of the Atomdata group of companies also includes Atomdata JSC, a provider of digital, cloud and infrastructure solutions for Rosenergoatom and a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), and Atomdata Center JSC, an integrator and operator of a geo-distributed network of disaster-proof data centers and infrastructure sites of Rosenergoatom. The company manages 3 operating data processing centers - the Kalininsky data center in the Tver region, the Xelent data center in St. Petersburg and the StoreData data center in Moscow. 5 more data centers are under design and construction.
