PROJECT OF SOVETSKAYA GAVAN TPP CONSTRUCTION

JSC Atomtekhenergo, a subsidiary of Rosenergoatom, is selected a main commissioning contractor for TPP in Sovetskaya Gavan construction project committed with execution of the full range of start-up & adjustment works at TPP main and auxiliary equipment:

• Execution of the full range of start-up & adjustment works at mechanical, electrical equipment, automatic process control system of pulverized-coal-fired cross-connection TPP;

• Main equipment guarantee tests conduction;

• Arrangement of start-up & adjustment works at site;

• Planning of start-up & adjustment works (time-schedules development); 

• Start-up & adjustment works technical management and coordination;

• Participation in the briefings on start-up & adjustment works and headquarter meetings for con-struction issues;

• Development of commissioning and operation documents.
  

Soviet Gavan TPP is built in order to provide uninterruptible and cost-effective power supply to con-sumers in Sovetsko-Gavansky and Vaninsky Districts of the Khabarovsk Territory, and to improve re-liability of power supply to the Sovetsko-Gavansky energy hub.

Tentatively commissioning of the facility is planned for the year 2017.
