Was born in 1953. Graduated from the National Aerospace University of Ukraine as a mechanical engineer. 

Doctor of Engineering, specializing in Theoretical Foundations of Heat Engineering, Professor at the Department of Thermophysical Foundations of Engine Building.

Has been working in the Russian nuclear industry since 1996.

1996 - 2011 – First Deputy Director, Director of JSC Elektrogorsk Scientific Research Center for NPP Safety.

2011-2012 - Director of the Quality Department of Rosenergoatom.

From 2012 to present - Quality and process management director of Rosenergoatom.

2007 - 2018 - professor, head of the department of Nuclear Power Plants at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

Awarded with medals of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, 2nd degree (2005) and 1st degree (2020), Gold Medal “For Merit in Improving the Safety of Nuclear Power Plants” (2013), Badge of Distinction “For Services to the Nuclear Industry 1 degree” (2019)
