The tests of four steam electrode boilers placed in the auxiliary boiler house and designed to produce saturated steam for technological needs of a nuclear plant have been completed at Leningrad NPP under construction. Their working operating ability has been confirmed.

The State Environmental Control Committee of the Government of Leningrad Oblast, the Public Environmental Governor’s Council and Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant signed a trilateral agreement on supporting the public movement and establishing a new contest among environmentalists. 1.5 million rubles will be allocated to develop the environmental volunteer movement.

Rostov NPP exceeded the plan of electric energy generation for June by 4.1% and the plan for the first half of the year by 2.1%
In June 2017, Rostov NPP produced 1 billion 520 million 100 thousand kWh of electric energy, with a plan providing only 1 billion 460 million kWh. Monthly overgeneration was 4.1%.

On 1 July 2017 the technical tours to Beloyarsk NPP of participants of International Conference on Fast Reactors and Related Fuel Cycles FR17 took place in Yekaterinburg under the aegis of the IAEA were finished. For several days Beloyarsk NPP had been visited by more than 250 foreign nuclear specialists.
